TWO ECONOMIES OF THE SPIRIT

There are two forms of services that is expected of any believer –
a. Reconciliation (2Cor. 5:19-20)
b. Stewardship (1Cor.4:1-2)
There is such as a reasonable Service and it’s the one of that a truthful dedication of our whole being (presenting our spirit,soul and Body Holy to the LORD)
The Church is a place of co-operative calling, you are trained to serve, so that your individual calling can be developed.
Our service to God can be measured in 3 ways –
The 3T’s
a. TIME
b. TALENT
c. TREASURE
There are two kingdoms or governments of the spirit:
a. Kingdom of God
b. Kingdom of darkness
A. Our fight is that of mastery.
B. This kingdom is controlled by an economy called lust
Lust (Epithumia) a longing for something which is forbidden
C. You can be subject under sin because you have not gained mastery. Meaning you have not grown to be wiser than the schemes of the devil
D. The devil will always come with a righteous course but the intention are driven by lust. Until you gain mastery over it you would not be able to see the intention.
It takes wisdom to discern the intention of the devil.
That’s why the word of God is wisdom for us.
Go for the word
A daily death to self relieves man of this dominion.
